Follows up on leasing and sales files and prepares bids and parts and accessories orders.

Principal duties


Customer service
• Receives phone calls and counter requests from customers and representatives
• Analyzes customer requests
• Prepares bids in the ERP system
• Forwards bids to customers along with any relevant documentation
• Follows up on files with representatives, customers and suppliers as needed
• Advises sales representatives and the department concerned by a request
• Selects equipment with the representative’s consent
• Receives orders and creates orders in the ERP system
• Saves all relevant documents to each file
• Places the purchase order with the supplier
• Takes part in department meetings
• Gets involved in problem cases with suppliers and after-sales service, when needed

Leased pump management
• Creates and verifies leasing bills
• Remains on top of leased stock movements
• Gets involved in problem customer cases with after-sales service, when necessary
• Ensures the validity of leasing rates

X3 computer system
• Ensures work tools are up to date and provides information to colleagues and customers (price list)
Others
• Handles billing, sales and purchase orders, manages leasing and service, when needed

Skills profile


• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service and inside sales
• You have experience in pumps and pumping systems
• You are organized, versatile, self-sufficient and have a sense of priority
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and an ERP
• You work well under pressure and can manage a number of files at once
• You are bilingual

Requirements


• You have education relevant to your role (sales, customer service)
